Protecting your love ones means more than just a living will or living trust, it means making sure that a whole host of documents are properly created by an Arizona legal expert. At Family First, we have two packages that have been set up just for this purpose; the Revocable Living Trust Package and the Will Package.

Revocable Living Trust Package

When you sit down to really consider the ‘what-if’s’ in life, one of the first things that probably comes to mind is a living will. While an Arizona living will is an integral part of the puzzle, it’s truly just a small piece. In order to truly protect your family in the event of a tragedy, you need much, much more.

  • Arizona Living Trust – A trust is an arrangement in which one or more people manage or take care of property for someone else’s benefit.
  • Durable General Power of Attorney – A POA is a legal authorization to represent another in private affairs or business.
  • Health Care Power of Attorney – A healthcare or medical POA legally authorizes someone else to make decision regarding your medical care if you cannot.
  • Living Will – Also known as a health care directive, a living will legally states what steps should be taken regarding your health in the event of an accident or tragedy (aka: organ donations, resuscitation, etc).
  • Pourover Will – An Arizona pourover will works in conjuction with an Arizona living trust to basically “pour” any remaining property the deceased still owned at the unfortunate time of death into a trust that they had set up during their life.
  • Declaration of Anatomical Gift – A legal document stating organ donation instructions after death.
  • Certificate of Trust – This document is meant to keep certain aspects of your living trust private. “A condensed version of a living trust which leaves out details of what property is held in the trust and the identity of the beneficiaries.”
  • Arizona Transfer Deed – This legal document insures that buying and selling property is kept within the standards set by the laws of the state where the transaction takes place.

  • Notary Services
